This space-saving keyboard and keypad work with air traffic control applications, as used by major air traffic control conglomerates.
The custom enclosure allows the keypad to dock on either side of the keyboard, facilitating both left and right handed operators.
Consideration of the ergonomic design and layout of the keyboard/keypad were a major part of this safety-critical system to help reduce typing mistakes.
The keyboard has an integrated speaker to send audio alerts to the operator.
