Gas Detection and Pressure Meters
Gas detection and pressure meters, custom-made for the plumbing industry.
All aspects of the meters were designed in-house, including the mechanical design of the enclosures, plastic tooling, sampling and testing the water tightness. This also include design of the electronics, PCBs, firmware and field testing. All products were subjected to environmental and compliance testing including UKCA, CE and FCC. To complete the design, manuals, custom packaging and labelling were developed for each product.
The high-end pressure meters include Bluetooth connectivity, an important factor in improving the accuracy of data capture and reduction of a service engineer's time per visit. A mobile app uses the pressure meter Bluetooth connection to upload measurements to automatically generate a service report.
The enclosures are specifically designed to protect against water and dust ingress and a rubber boot protects against the rigours of everyday use.
