Warranty Repairs
We offer warranties for both new and repaired products. Most products have a standard warranty period but extended warranty periods can be discussed at the time of purchase.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
We will continue to support our customers over the lifespan of their products. Where possible, we repair; in other instances we can initiate a new design and development cycle to explore a replacement.
Maintenance Agreements
Maintenance programmes are available for long-term support of customers' products.
