About the Client

Volt Delta International has a global customer database, including telcos, emergency services, directory assistance and healthcare solutions. Service and support perform mission-critical tasks for their blue chip clients.

Project Overview

As part of a move to enhance and develop the user interfaces to their software, Volt Delta International identified that a dedicated keyboard could deliver significant commercial and operational benefits. After evaluating several vendors it was clear that Devlin Electronics had the experience and resources necessary to help specify the right product. 

We listened to our client and understood the need to trim off seconds from call times, resulting in an increase in turnover and revenue. Designing the keyboard with specific short cut keys, enabled Volt Delta to achieve this.
